Created as a custom birthday gift for Nina Pool, this hand-painted roller skate project transformed a functional object into a personalized work of art. The design drew inspiration from Nina's tattoos, meaningful quotes, and distinctive personal style, with each illustration thoughtfully crafted to reflect elements of her story and personality.
Beyond celebrating her birthday, the project served as a heartfelt thank-you from the ONYX team. Nina has long been a supporter of our products—particularly Hard as Hoof Nail Strengthening Cream—and frequently shares her love for our bath and body collections with her audience. To accompany the skates, we included our newest Hard as Hoof scent as a special surprise.
